Ms. Liroff is a Partner in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. As a member of the Employment & Labor Practice Group, Ms. Liroff's practice is focused on employment counseling and the litigation of state and federal employment law, labor law, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour and general business cases. She regularly provides guidance to clients on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations to provide employers with a sound defense posture in the event of litigation. She is a state-approved sexual harassment AB 1825 trainer and a lecturer on diversity and bias in the workplace. She has particular experience with:

Ms. Liroff also regularly prepares and updates employer policy and procedures manuals and employment agreements. She is also an approved MCLE employment law provider with the State of California and is accredited to teach all aspects of employment law, sexual harassment, discrimination, labor, and wage and hour litigation.

Prior to joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, Ms. Liroff worked as a trial attorney at the National Labor Relations Board where she investigated unfair labor practice charges filed by unions, employers and individuals, and was a founding partner in her own firm specializing in corporate employment law counseling and litigation.
