Ms. Mijanovic is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. She is a member of the Product Liability, Transportation and Business Solutions Practice Groups. Her practice is focused on the defense of civil litigation involving transportation and products liability cases. She has experience in all facets of litigation, which includes discovery, law and motion practice, preparing dispositive motions, preparation for and attendance at mediation, and preparation for trial.
Ms. Mijanovic is also a member of the firm’s Immediate Response Team, a rapid response team for transportation accidents. The Immediate Response Team is comprised of legal counsel, expert consultants, field adjusters, and investigators who are available twenty-four hours a day to respond to any transportation emergency to interview the driver, control the site, begin reconstruction, secure the evidence and, if requested, deal with the media.
While at Southwestern, Ms. Mijanovic was named a Best Brief Finalist and Best Oralist in Southwestern’s Intramural Moot Court Competition, which included over 300 participants. Ms. Mijanovic was also a member of Southwestern’s Moot Court Honors Program, served as a Dean’s Fellow, and was awarded CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in her legal writing and professional responsibility classes.
