Peter A. Dubrawski is a Partner in the Product Liability & Tort Litigation and Trucking & Transportation Practice Groups. Since 1975, his practice is concentrated in transportation, product liability, security, general negligence, and construction cases. He has significant trial experience and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Over the years, he has tried multiple cases defending trucking companies and their drivers regarding significant transportation matters, cargo claims and complex, multi-vehicle accidents. He has also tried cases defending manufacturers of products including tractors, trailers, farm equipment, buses, trucks, forklifts, cranes man lifts, construction equipment, industrial electrical equipment, and conveying systems. In addition, Mr. Dubrawski has extensive experience representing a wide variety of companies brought into asbestos personal injury and property damage cases and is responsible for the trial preparation and conduct of all asbestos trials in Southern California.
Mr. Dubrawski has spoken to various organizations regarding product liability issues and trends in litigation. As a former Chairman, he has participated in the American Law Firm Association (ALFA International) and has been an active member since 1991.
In addition to his substantial trial experience, Mr. Dubrawski has participated as Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles County, Small Claims Court, and an arbitrator and mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
