Mr. Ireland is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He is the Practice Group Leader of the Business Solutions Practice Group and a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Practice Group. He focuses his practice on intellectual property, real property, environmental litigation and related business torts. Mr. Ireland has extensive experience in handling matters at all phases of dispute resolution from negotiation, counseling and alternative dispute resolution to trial. His representative clients include real property developers, public entities, property managers, financial services companies, and importers.
With a focus on small to medium size companies, Mr. Ireland works with clients on matters involving real property issues and commercial transactions inside and outside of litigation, such as trade secret disputes, and applying equitable remedies, injunctions and temporary restraining orders. Additionally, Mr. Ireland has experience handling California Unfair Business Practices Act (Business & Professions Code § 17200) matters.
