Michael Long is a Partner in the Orange County office of Haight, Brown & Bonesteel. Mr. Long’s practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability, construction law, and general liability defense. He has extensive experience in director and officer liability litigation, real estate errors and omissions, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, construction law, and securities. Mr. Long’s legal career began with his service in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 to 1988.
Mr. Long has also represented clients in commercial matters involving illegal technology transfer, trade name, trademark, breach of contract, and fraud. In addition, he has experience in business transactions, establishing corporations and partnerships, as well as wrongful termination related to corporations and partnerships.
