Ms. Saunders is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. She is the Chair of the Professional Liability Practice Group consisting of attorneys throughout the State handling the defense of lawyers, accountants, directors and officers, insurance agents and brokers and other professionals. Ms. Saunders has over 24 years of experience in the defense of professional liability claims and attorney fee disputes. Her experience includes pre-claim evaluation and consultation, risk management assistance and resolution, litigation from commencement through trial, arbitration or amicable resolution. Ms. Saunders has represented and been a consultant to professionals in the legal, financial, real estate, insurance and engineering industries. She has also served as an arbitrator in attorney fee disputes.
Ms. Saunders has also built a subspecialty in the defense of family law practitioners and other related family law professionals. She has published articles as well as been a guest speaker at various professional conferences throughout her career.
