Mr. Wilkerson is a Partner located in the firm’s Inland Empire office in Riverside. Mr. Wilkerson's practice is concentrated in the defense of civil lawsuits on behalf of both public and private entities. His representation of public entities includes School Districts, Police Officers, Fire Departments. As for private clients, such cases include those founded in professional errors and omissions, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and malicious prosecution. He also prosecutes Mechanic’s Lien Foreclosure actions on behalf of prime and subcontractors.
Mr. Wilkerson has tried cases to a jury, to the bench, and to administrative law judges. He has argued before the Fourth District Court of Appeals, Division Two, successfully upholding the granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment at the trial Court. His motion practice is extensive, prevailing in Motions for Summary Judgment, Demurrers, and anti-SLAPP motions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Wilkerson worked as a Claim Representative in which he primarily handled commercial claims both prior to and in litigation.
Mr. Wilkerson earned his B.A. from California State University at San Bernardino in 1992 and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Washington, the Joseph Campbell Inns of Court, and the San Bernardino County Bar Association.
