Mr. Christensen is Of Counsel in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Construction Law and Employment & Labor Practice Groups. He devotes part of his practice to construction disputes and construction defect litigation. His engineering background and understanding of construction make him well qualified to work in this specialized field of law. In his experience, he has represented owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors.
Mr. Christensen also has more than 30 years of experience representing employers, large and small, in all aspects of labor and employment law including grievance and arbitration proceedings under collective bargaining agreements, administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the EEOC and DFEH and ERISA claims. He has handled more than 60 cases in the state and federal courts.
