Mr. Christensen is Of Counsel in the Employment & Labor and the Product Liability & Tort Litigation Practice Groups. He devotes part of his practice to construction disputes and construction defect litigation. His engineering background and understanding of construction make him well qualified to work in this specialized field of law. In his experience, he has represented owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors.
Mr. Christensen also has more than 30 years of experience in representing employers, large and small, in all aspects of labor and employment law including extensive experience in representing employers in grievance and arbitration proceedings under collective bargaining agreements, administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the EEOC and DFEH, and handling more than 60 cases in the state and federal courts.
Mr. Christensen earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1965 and his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1958. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association (Construction Industry Forum and Labor and Employment Law Section) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
