Mr. Negley is Of Counsel in the Risk Management & Insurance Law Practice Group. His practice includes the representation of reinsurers, directors and officers insurers, high level excess insurers as well as general liability insurers in coverage and bad faith issues and litigation. He is also called upon to act as supervisory counsel for large and nationwide programs. Mr. Negley has handled a number of catastrophic multi-body injury and property damage matters for insurers and excess insurers. In addition, he is experienced in the defense of catastrophic head protection bodily injury cases. Recently, he has spent much of his time working with clients in Bermuda assisting with policies and overseeing major claims across the United States.
Mr. Negley earned his B.S. from the University of Kentucky in 1954 and his J.D. from the San Francisco Law School in 1964. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
