Mr. Oldendorph is a Senior Associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Practice Group. He is experienced in general civil litigation, including commercial litigation and intellectual property, toxic tort, consumer warranty, premises liability, employment, and collections. He participates in all stages of litigation, including case evaluations, litigation plan and strategy, initial and responsive pleadings, written discovery, law and motion practice, conduct settlement negotiations, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Oldendorph also represents several out-of-state clients whom have sought to have Sister-State Judgments enforced in California.
Mr. Oldendorph is fluent in Spanish and serves as HB&B's Southern California designate for translating and drafting letters and contracts in Spanish, preparing Spanish-speaking witnesses for testimony at trial and conversing and corresponding with Spanish-speaking clients.
Mr. Oldendorph earned his B.A. from UCSB in 1998 and his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, he received the "CALI Award for Excellence" in Record Contract Drafting and Negotiating and in Convergence of Intellectual Property Law & Technology (Writing Seminar)." Mr. Oldendorph is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
