Ms. Seo is an associate in the Los Angeles Office of HB&B. Her practice is concentrated in all phases of litigation with an emphasis in toxic tort litigation.
Ms. Seo earned her B.A. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Washington College of the Law of American University. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
