Mr. Smith is a Senior Associate in the Riverside Office of HB&B. His practice includes construction, environmental and land use law, premises & products liability defense, administrative law, commercial and business litigation, and employment & labor.
While in law school, Mr. Smith was on the Production Staff, of Hearsay, (The Literary Journal of Vermont Law School), and worked as a Law Clerk for the California Department of Fish & Game – Office of Oil Spill Prevention and Response in Sacramento. Mr. Smith has also completed the Orange County Bar Association's College of Trial Advocacy.
