Mr. White is a Senior Associate in the Orange County Office. His practice focuses on construction defect litigation, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and civil litigation.
Mr. White has experience conducting depositions and mediations; drafting motions such as motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to strike, motions to compel and ex parte applications; planning and preparing discovery strategy, requests and responses; performing site inspections; drafting motions in limine and trials briefs.
Mr. White earned his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
