Mr. Zucker is an Associate in the San Diego office of HB&B. His practice focuses on premises liability, product liability, personal injury, construction defect, and civil litigation. He has experience conducting depositions and mediations; drafting motions such as motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to strike, motions to compel and ex parte applications; planning and preparing discovery strategy, requests and responses; conducting client and witness interviews; performing site inspections; drafting jury instructions, statements of the case, motions in limine and trials briefs.
Mr. Zucker earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his B.A. from San Diego State University. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
