Mr. Follis is Senior Counsel in the Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation and trial work and he also has extensive experience in general liability matters.
Mr. Follis has worked on cases for the Center for Claims Resolution (CCR), representing numerous asbestos defendants and most recently, coordinated discovery and product identification through hundreds of sight inspections in Los Angeles Unified School District v. Owens-Corning Fiberglass, wherein HB&B represented The Flintkote Company.
Mr. Follis earned his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1993 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central District of California, United States Federal Court and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
