Mr. Thoming is Senior Counsel in the Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Practice Group. He has substantial experience in all facets of civil litigation. In addition to his work with product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and employment and labor, he also has experience in criminal defense.
Mr. Thoming earned his B.A. from Stanford University in 1985 and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
