Ms. Biren is Senior counsel in the Business & Commercial Litigation and Toxic Tort Practice Groups. She specializes in environmental compliance and litigation issues, with an emphasis on personal injury and franchising .
Ms. Biren earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1972 and her J.D. from Northeastern University in 1975. She is a member of the American Bar Association and was a member of the Business Law Section (1993-1998) as well as the Forum on Franchising (1993-1998).
