Ms. Gerlitz is Senior Counsel in the Risk Management & Insurance Law Practice Group. Her practice specializes in insurance coverage and defense. Prior to joining HB&B, she worked as general counsel and house counsel for Condor Insurance Company and Far West Insurance Company handling a diverse caseload including transportation and trucking litigation, general liability, construction defect and coverage. Ms. Gerlitz has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including a position as Assistant Vice President at Condor Insurance Company and Far West Insurance Company. Her experience in the insurance industry, gives her a unique insight in serving the needs of insurance clients.
Ms. Gerlitz earned her J.D. from Loyola Univeristy School of Law and her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Association of Northern California Defense Counsel and the American Bar Association.
