Ms. Hall is Senior Counsel in the Product Liability & Tort Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Hall’s practice is concentrated in premises liability litigation, elevator and escalator litigation, and general negligence cases.
Recently, Ms. Hall obtained a defense verdict in a case where plaintiff was assaulted in a parking lot and claimed injuries from being punched in the face and serious emotional distress. Plaintiff sued the property owner and property manager, as well as Ms. Hall’s client, the security company, and two of its guards (personally). At trial, Ms. Hall represented the remaining three defendants and the jury found that all three controlled the property and that none of them did so negligently.
Ms. Hall earned her B.A. from in Florida State University in 1989 and her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law, where she was class valedictorian, graduating summa cum laude, in 1996. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
