Ms. Davidson is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Labor Practice Group and is located in the firm’s San Francisco office. She has experience defending employers against wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination claims.
Ms. Davidson has experience conducting depositions and mediations; drafting motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to strike, motions to compel and ex parte applications; planning and preparing discovery strategy, requests and responses; and conducting client and witness interviews.
