Mr. Moore is an Associate in the Orange County office of HB&B. His practice is concentrated in all phases of litigation with an emphasis in civil litigation. He has experience in insurance defense and construction defect law.
Mr. Moore earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
