Ms. Guzman is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. She is a member of the Products Liability & Tort Litigation Practice Group. Her practice is focused on the defense of civil litigation involving pharmaceutical and medical devices in multi-district products liability litigation. She has experience in all facets of litigation, which includes discovery, law and motion practice, preparing dispositive motions, preparation for and attendance at mediation, and preparation for trial.
Representative Experience:
While at Southwestern, Ms. Guzman was named a Best Brief Finalist and Best Oralist in Southwestern’s Intramural Moot Court Competition, which included over 300 participants. Ms. Guzman was also a member of Southwestern’s Moot Court Honors Program, and she was awarded CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in her legal writing and professional responsibility classes.
