Ms. Davis is a Partner in the Employment & Labor, Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Her practice is concentrated in employment litigation, construction defect litigation, breach of contract litigation, and unfair business practices. Ms. Davis has defended clients in a wide variety of matters including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, and claims under the American with Disabilities Act. She also has experience handling complex business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, family law, and creditor’s rights litigation in both State and Federal Courts.
Prior to rejoining HB&B, Ms. Davis had the opportunity to intern in the Labor & Agencies Department of a national insurance client, working closely with Human Resources.
Ms. Davis earned her B.A. from UCLA in 1988 and her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
