Ms. Hall is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Haight, Brown & Bonesteel and is a member of the Product Liability & Tort Litigation and Employment & Labor Practice Groups. She has an active and diverse litigation practice.
Ms. Hall defends clients against claims of employment discrimination and harassment, premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract and general negligence. She has significant experience representing a broad range of industries including all aspects of building management and operations, private security guard companies, parking lot operators and other commercial building service providers.
She has successfully represented clients in all types of litigation and tried several jury trials to defense verdict. She has also achieved favorable results for her clients in mediations and arbitrations. Ms. Hall is active in educating her clients on legal issues as they apply to their industries and on claims avoidance practices and claims handling and investigation procedures.
Ms. Hall attended Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California, where she was class Valedictorian, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
