Congratulations to Bill Ireland, Jeffrey Vinnick, and James Oldendorph on obtaining summary judgment granted in favor of our client, the Beverly Hills Unified School District, before Judge Wendell Mortimer. This was the second summary judgment in the cases. The first had been on medical causation on the first 12 plaintiffs. The current grant was on all plaintiffs in the cases (about 980) on the grounds of governmental immunity for our client.
