Ms. Moore is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s San Diego office. She is a member of the Product Liability, Employment & Labor and Construction Law Practice Groups. Ms. Moore has jury trial experience as lead counsel and has successfully written and argued dispositive motions such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions challenging venue and jurisdiction and motions to strike allegations in complaints. Although she is skilled in litigation, Ms. Moore is constantly striving to resolve cases in the most cost effective manner for her clients. In that regard, she has extensive involvement in dispute resolution via arbitration, mediation and settlement conferences.
Ms. Moore’s practice in the Product Liability & Tort Litigation Practice Group is concentrated in the defense of corporate and insurance based clients, primarily in the areas of product liability, premises liability and toxic tort.
With regard to her Employment & Labor practice, Ms. Moore has experience with a wide range of employment issues including harassment, discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act and wage and hour matters. She has also drafted employment agreements and updated employee handbooks and manuals.
In construction matters, Ms. Moore has defended subcontractors, general contractors and developers in all phases of litigation.
