Based in the Los Angeles office, Mr. Stouder is Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s firm-wide Managing Partner. He is the leader of the General Liability Practice Group and also a member of the Product Liability and Food Safety Practice Groups. Mr. Stouder maintains an active practice concentrated in the defense of corporate clients, primarily in the areas of product liability and real estate litigation.
Mr. Stouder has served as lead counsel in numerous trials. He has successfully brought motions for summary judgment in a variety of practice areas and also has extensive involvement in dispute resolution via arbitration, mediation and settlement conference.
He has also given presentations at seminars for both the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and ALFA International and has been a guest speaker for corporate clients, industry groups and continuing legal education providers with respect to substantive, procedural and strategic issues.
