Mr. Reid is an Associate in the San Diego office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel and a member of the General Liability Practice Group. He has experience in all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion practice, preparing dispositive motions, and preparing for and attending trial.
Mr. Reid joined Haight Brown & Bonesteel as a law clerk. In this role, he was responsible for the preparation of general liability cases from discovery to trial. He conducted extensive legal research on general liability law issues, wrote memoranda, drafted briefs and attended and assisted during depositions and trial.
During law school, Mr. Reid worked as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee and at the in-house legal department for a major shipbuilding company. In addition, he served as a judicial extern for Justice James A. McIntyre of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District and was a Certified Legal Intern at the University of San Diego’s Landlord Tenant Clinic. Mr. Reid received an Outstanding Oral Advocate Award while competing with the University of San Diego’s Vis Moot team in Vienna, Austria. He also received a Best Oral Advocate Award for Lawyering Skills.
