Mr. Sullivan is an attorney in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s San Francisco office. He is a member of the Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, primarily concentrated on premises liability, product liability, personal injury and construction defect litigation. With regard to his experience in product liability, Mr. Sullivan is particularly familiar with the investigation and litigation of products liability cases resulting from fires in residential and commercial buildings.
Mr. Sullivan also has experience in commercial law and intellectual property litigation where he advises small businesses regarding risk assessment and incorporation. He has also handled professional liability and employment law matters.
