Mr. Crisp is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm as a second year law student in 1979 and is a member of the Product Liability, Transportation Law, Employment & Labor and Business Solutions Practice Groups.
For the first fifteen years of his practice with the firm, Mr. Crisp's practice was concentrated on the defense of personal injury litigation in state and federal court, including civil trials and binding arbitrations. He has particular expertise on cases involving automatic doors and gates, fire suppression systems, fires, premises security, pneumatic nailers, power and hand tools, alarm systems, and industrial accidents. More recently, clients have asked Mr. Crisp to prosecute and defend employment and business litigation, and his practice now consists of an even split of personal injury, business and employment litigation.
Mr. Crisp frequently lectures on topics such as successfully tendering claims and interpretation and enforcement of express indemnity agreements.
