Mr. Marshall is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He is the leader of the Environmental & Toxic Tort Practice Group and also a member of the Product Liability Practice Group. He has handled numerous jury trials in asbestos and product liability actions. Mr. Marshall regularly defends manufacturers and oil companies against claims of exposure to toxic chemicals or products that use such chemicals.
Mr. Marshall’s asbestos litigation practice concentrates on the defense of manufacturers of valves, gaskets and packing onboard Navy and commercial ships, friction products (brakes and clutches) in trucks, automobiles, construction vehicles, agricultural equipment; and in asbestos containing components in military and commercial aircraft; floor tile, refinery equipment and asbestos remediation companies.
