HB&B defends and prosecutes claims arising from limited partnerships, commercial leases and other real property transactions, as well as assisting in the formation of partnerships, joint ventures, holding companies, and real estate investments trusts for purposes of buying, selling, leasing and financing real estate projects.
Our attorneys participate in all phases of real estate development, including site acquisitions, joint venture and partnership agreements, construction and development agreements. HB&B has handled joint venture agreements on behalf of property owners, developers and equity participants, as well as handling many private placement syndications. HB&B attorneys also have the ability to assist our individual and corporate clients when their business affairs involve real estate issues, including actively participating in structuring the acquisition or the transfer of significant real estate assets for the firm’s corporate clients.
