Our attorneys understand the nuances of product repair, replacement or repurchase pursuant to the express and/or implied product warranty.

Corporate Product Liability

Our attorneys represent multi-national manufacturing corporations in product liability cases and product liability prevention issues. Our attorneys have served as regional counsel and handle all product liability litigation for the western third of the United States on behalf of MAN Roland, Inc., the American distributor for MAN Roland Druckmaschinen Ag, a leading manufacturer of printing presses.

Our attorneys also have extensive experience managing cases for manufacturers of hand and power tools, such as the Stanley Works, Mac Tools, and Black & Decker. We have been relied upon by a world leader in services, technology and manufacturing to handle all of their product liability litigation in Southern California. These cases have involved personal injury and property damages claims arising out of consumer, commercial and industrial products.We also have experience in handling warranty and product liability matters for major automotive corporations including Nissan Motor Corporation.
