We have been relied upon by a world leader in services, technology and manufacturing to handle all of their product liability litigation in Southern California. These cases have involved personal injury and property damages claims arising out of consumer, commercial and industrial products. HB&B also has experience in handling warranty and product liability matters for major automotive corporations including Honda Motor Co., Ltd., and Nissan Motor Corporation.
For almost 10 years, HB&B has served as national trial counsel on behalf of APV North America, Inc. ("APV"), a world leader in the design and manufacture of industrial food processing equipment for both dry and liquid foods. In 1992, our attorneys were given over 60 cases pending across the entire United States to manage, try and otherwise dispose of.
