HB&B has also been proactive in reducing or eliminating potential litigation for APV and other clients. Our attorneys have provided educational seminars to company employees at numerous locations in the United States and in England, Denmark and Germany. HB&B has also helped design and implement an "early warning system" for investigation of accidents that notify management of a serious accident within 48 hours of the occurrence. An investigation is immediately started which is conducted by the client but overseen by HB&B so that when and if a lawsuit is filed the firm has already in its possession such things as photographs of the machine, accident reports from the employer, design prints, and witness statements. This program has resulted in a drastic reduction of serious accidents for our clients.
