HB&B is currently Panel Trial Counsel for one of the largest school districts in the nation handling cases involving such serious injuries as teacher molestations, violence on campus resulting in serious injuries, and sexual molestations as between students, in addition to premises liability and employment litigation cases. We have initiated programs with some of our larger institutional clients to coordinate more effective risk management policies and procedures in order to reduce the number of lawsuits filed and to increase the probability of success on cases that are filed.
