Chan v. Northrop Grumman
Plaintiff alleges that he has liver damage and requires a liver transplant (or he will expire) as a result of exposure to a number of chemicals, including lead solder manufactured by our client. There are over 20 defendants involved in the case.
Lerner v. Archstone
Plaintiffs allege that their son was born with serious birth defects - without a stomach, fingers, vision and hearing - and suffers from brain damage as a result of the mother's exposure to formaldehyde allegedly being off gassed from a laminate wood floor. Haight Brown represents the floor manufacturer.
Diamond v. Konica Minolta Medical Imaging
Plaintiffs allege that their husband/father developed AML and died from exposure to Hydroquinone, Glutaraldehyde and ionizing radiation. Decedent was a chiropractor who developed x-rays in his office in Beverly Hills. Haight Brown represents Konica Minolta, the manufacturer of the processing machine. Plaintiffs have demanded $30,000,000.00.
Gentry v. Shaw
Plaintiffs allege that they developed serious physical injuries as a result of exposure to toluene, a chemical used to make carpeting and adhesive. We represent the manufacturer of the carpeting. Plaintiffs home is in foreclosure because they would not live in it nor pay the mortgage.
Moss v. Venoco, et al.
Over 1,000 plaintiffs alleged that they developed forms of cancer and other ailments as a result of exposure to benzene, PCBs, Chromium 6 and other chemicals emanating from an oil well located on the Beverly Hills High School Campus and a heating and cooling plant located next to the campus. We represented the Beverly Hills Unified School District and prevailed after filing motions for summary judgment.
Tennant v. TrimSpa and related cases
Plaintiffs claimed they developed serious physical injuries from several chemical compounds in the product, Trimspa, a weight loss supplement. Case settled for a nominal amount while our motion for summary judgment motion was pending.
