Mr. Tobey is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. He is a member of the Environmental Law & Toxic Tort and Transportation Law Practice Groups. His practice focuses on the areas of toxic tort and mass tort litigation specifically, asbestos litigation. He has aggressively represented numerous companies ranging from Fortune 500 Corporations to one-person operations at every stage of asbestos litigation for nearly a decade. Mr. Tobey is also a former Deputy County Attorney for Maricopa County, Arizona, and was an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Flagstaff where he obtained extensive trial experience.
