Mr. Briggs is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. He is a member of the Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. His practice is focused on the defense of civil litigation involving product liability cases. He has experience in all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion practice, preparing dispositive motions, preparing for and attendance at mediation, and preparing for trial.
Mr. Briggs joined Haight Brown & Bonesteel as a law clerk in 2008. In this role, he was responsible for the preparation of product liability cases from discovery to trial. He conducted extensive legal research on product liability issues, wrote memoranda, drafted briefs and attended and assisted during depositions and trial.
