Ms. Davenport is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. She is a member of the Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. Her practice is focused on the defense of civil litigation and product liability cases. She has experience in all areas of litigation including discovery, law and motion practice, preparing dispositive motions, preparing for and attendance at mediation, and preparing for trial.
While at Southwestern Law School, Ms. Davenport served as a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court, Central District of California for the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II. At Southwestern, Ms. Davenport earned two CALI awards, several merit scholarships, served as a Dean’s Fellow tutoring other law students, and participated as an advocate in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Davenport also served on the Executive Board of both the Moot Court Honors Program and the Black Law Students Association. As a member of Moot Court, Ms. Davenport wrote award winning briefs, including Best Respondent Brief in the National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition and Best Brief in the Southwestern Intramural Moot Court Competition.
