Mr. Baumgaertner is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Haight Brown & Bonesteel. He is a member of the Product Liability and Professional Liability Practice Groups. He specializes in innovative strategies to resolve civil litigation for plaintiffs and defendants at an early stage. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict and is an accomplished mediator. He provides a wealth of efficient, pragmatic approaches to case resolution that invariably promote the best interests of his clients. Currently, Mr. Baumgaertner serves as advisor and counsel for a luxury hotel operator regarding all California personal injury and guest relations matters.

Community Service
For over 30 years, Mr. Baumgaertner has volunteered as a mediator/ arbitrator on a pro bono basis. He has been intimately involved with the Superior Court of Los Angeles, serving on the committees that designed and implemented the Superior Court Fast Track Rules, Attorneys Special Arbitration Program and its present Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel.
