Mr. Ireland is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Business Solutions and Environmental Law & Toxic Tort Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on representing small to medium size companies, and financial institutions. Mr. Ireland has extensive experience in handling matters at all phases of dispute resolution from negotiation, counseling and alternative dispute resolution to trial. His representative clients include real property developers, financial services companies, property managers, and public entities.
Mr. Ireland works with clients on matters involving real property issues, creditors issues, defense of claims against lenders, and commercial transactions. Additionally, Mr. Ireland has experience handling California Unfair Business Practices Act (Business & Professions Code § 17200) matters, and equitable remedies.
