Ms. Tungpagasit is an attorney in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s San Francisco office. She is a member of the Business Solutions, Construction Law and Employment & Labor Practice Groups. With regard to Ms. Tungpagasit’s construction law practice, her architectural background and understanding of construction make her well-qualified to work in this specialized field of law. She also devotes a significant amount of time consulting on labor related issues and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, Ms. Tungpagasit was staff counsel for Liberty Mutual with full responsibility handling cases from inception to resolution. Prior to becoming an attorney, she managed a $20 million construction of restaurants, shops, houses and mini-factories at an industrial construction site in Bangkok, Thailand.
