Plaintiff presented to hospital for a robotic assisted abdominal surgery which resulted in a complication and extended hospital stay. She claimed that she was discharged prematurely and that extended her stay even further. Ms. Haskins negotiated a dismissal of her hospital client after the deposition of the plaintiff. The remaining defendant physicians (represented by other counsel) obtained a defense verdict at trial one year later.
