Plaintiff (36) suffered from Reynaud’s Syndrome (rare blood vessel disorder causing fingers/toes to feel numb/cold) and claimed damage to her right index finger when she was permitted to use hand warmers during a robotic assisted hiatal hernia repair surgery. Ms. Haskins obtained a dismissal of her hospital client and an Order of Good Faith from the Court.
