Decedent suffered a cardiac arrest prior to being brought to the hospital. Physician was among multiple defendants who were involved in providing care and treatment to decedent who ultimately expired. Plaintiff, decedent’s child, argued that an experimental treatment was available and would have save the decedent’s life but was not utilized by the defendants. Ms. Haskins secured an early Dismissal on behalf of her physician client in advance of him being deposed.
