Alyssa M. Abrante

Overview

Alyssa M. Abrante is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, Product Liability, and General Liability Practice Groups. Her primary focus is catastrophic personal injury defense and premises liability.

Her clients include trucking and transportation companies, product manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies, individuals, and other businesses. Ms. Abrante also has previous experience with insurance defense, premises liability, and medical malpractice, as well as transactional matters involved with in-house representation which adds great value to her understanding of matters from multiple perspectives relating to representation, analysis, communication with clients, and strategy.

Alyssa regularly handles matters in state and federal courts throughout California and manages her matters from pre-litigation analysis through law and motion, discovery, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. She has taken depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives, and treating physicians.

When she’s not practicing law, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching documentaries, and traveling.
