Amanda is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on general liability and civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, premises liability, automotive liability, product liability, subrogation and property damage. Her clients have included public and private entities, nonprofit institutions, school districts and food banks.
She also has experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), California’s Rosenthal FDCPA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and employment, business, construction law and banking law.
Amanda is experienced in all aspects of file handling from early case assessment through trial preparation and the appeals process. She is experienced at taking and defending expert, party and witness depositions; propounding and responding to discovery; preparing law and motion pleadings; mediation; and negotiating resolution effectively and efficiently for her clients.
When not practicing law, Ms. Riley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and exploring new places and their cultures (she’s fluent in French). She enjoys cooking, yoga and sports – especially football.
