Alexandra (Sasha) Selfridge is a member of the Risk Management & Insurance Law, Appellate, and General Liability Practice Groups. Ms. Selfridge has represented both insureds and insurers in insurance bad faith litigation and coverage disputes. She has also represented clients in a wide range of matters, such as business litigation, premises liability, and breach of contract. Ms. Selfridge has a proven track record of successful appellate practice in matters arising out of insurance bad faith and business litigation cases.
Ms. Selfridge has significant experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including preliminary case analysis, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and trial. She has conducted and defended depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and expert witnesses. Ms. Selfridge has drafted pleadings, and written and argued motions, including motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication.
Prior to joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel in 2017, Ms. Selfridge worked at a boutique insurance bad faith firm, and served as an intern with the Office of the San Diego Public Defender.
