Andrew J. Ulwelling

Overview

Andrew J. Ulwelling is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability and Fire Litigation Practice Groups. In his practice, he primarily defends complex high exposure cases caused by catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and fire-related litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Andrew worked in law enforcement with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Andrew’s clients include national and regional trucking and transportation companies, hospitality and retail businesses, supermarket chains, Fortune 500 companies and individuals.

Andrew handles his cases through all aspects of the litigation process, including case evaluation and strategy, law and motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial. He recently second-chaired a premises liability trial and a wrongful death trial – both of which resulted in defense verdicts.

Andrew enjoys physical fitness, sports and spending time with his family.
